Buying & shipping
Buying art from a stranger on the internet takes a little courage. This page is here so you don't need much.
How buying works
You choose a painting and pay by card. I confirm your order the same day, pack the painting myself, and send you photos of it wrapped before it ships. You get a tracking number, and in a few days, a knock on your door.
What you receive
The original painting, a signed certificate of authenticity with the work's title, dimensions and year, and a short note about the painting's story — the same one from its page, on paper, because it belongs with the work.
Packing & shipping
Smaller paintings travel in rigid, corner-protected boxes; larger ones in custom crates or, for some canvases, carefully rolled in heavy tubes for restretching on arrival — I'll always tell you which before you pay. Every shipment is tracked.
Customs & duties
Original art generally enters the US duty-free. Where a country does charge import fees, they're the buyer's responsibility — flagged honestly before you order, never a surprise at the door.
If it doesn't feel right
A painting has to live with you. If within 14 days you feel it isn't yours, write to me, send it back the way it came, and I'll refund the painting's price in full.
Framing
My canvases have painted edges and hang beautifully unframed. If you'd like a frame, send me a photo of the room and I'll tell you honestly what I'd do.
